About the Team
The Infrastructure Engineering team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyperscale data centers. The team manages the end to end lifecycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions and various infrastructure services ensuring that they are scalable and are reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead the entire lifecycle of complex server deployment projects within large-scale data centers, commencing with planning, execution, and closing. Throughout this process, ensure the optimal resource utilization, and achieve rapid and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and manage server deployment project schedules, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, while ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, and Data Center Development to align project requirements and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and effective communication.
- Regularly evaluate server performance and infrastructure, providing strategic recommendations for improvements, upgrades, and long-term planning.
- Develop, implement, and refine processes for monitoring and reporting on data center capacity and performance metrics.
- Research and promote new tech, processes, and best practices for data center performance optimization and environmental impact reduction. Apply expertise in energy efficiency and sustainability for continuous improvement.
- Manage executive-level stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment of expectations, project goals, and transparent reporting on progress.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience within the industry.
- A proven record in technical program management, with a specific focus on server deployment and capacity planning for large-scale data centers. This is accompanied by demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-site projects and collaborating effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Linux, data center facilities, Python, automation, and advanced data analytic skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- The ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of teams, stakeholders, and executive - level management.
- Cross-region deployment experience is highly advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience with industry-leading data center providers
- In-depth understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in data centers.
- Experience in complex GPU server planning and delivery is a strong plus
- Considerable experience in data center design, construction, and management projects.
- Proven experience in managing external vendors, partners, and multi-functional teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128160 - $304000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
