Technical Program Management Intern [Global Monetization Product and Technology]-2026 Summer (BS/MS)

Team Introduction:
The TPM team is part of the Global Monetization Product and Technology organization here at TikTok.
As a TPM intern for TikTok Monetization team, you will be challenged to undertake complex and multi-disciplinary projects driving the team to enhance the business and bring order to ambiguity. You will be responsible for strategic cross-functional project planning, prioritization, execution and communication with key stakeholders. Meanwhile, you will learn and grow in a fast paced environment alongside talented teammates on TikTok Monetization team.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of project management tools and processes to ensure project efficiency and high quality.
- Follow up on project plans and progress and timely report project progress.
- Assist in making project management plans and decisions and maintain and track related project documents.
- Collaborate with team members to quickly and efficiently solve problems that arise during the project and propose solutions.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of change management processes and tools to ensure the sustainability of project management.
- Support data research to form comprehensive insights and analysis of business impact.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Have certain IT knowledge and skills, familiar with project management processes and related tools.
- Excellent teamwork spirit and communication and coordination skills.
- Able to commit to 10-24 weeks during Early 2026.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have good learning ability and self-driving ability, able to quickly adapt to new environments and new problems.
- Able to withstand work pressure, with good professional ethics and team spirit.
