Technical Client Solutions Associate - NA PCS

- Analyze advertising performance data and contribute to building clear reports and recommendations.
- Assist in cross-functional projects by coordinating with Product, RD, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
- Contribute to product adoption by collecting advertiser feedback and sharing insights with the Product team.
- Help improve internal tools and processes, ensuring smoother collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (recent or upcoming graduates welcome).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down technical issues and explain them clearly.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Interest in the internet/ads industry and passion for learning how advertising technology works.
- Flexible and adaptable - able to navigate ambiguity and learn quickly.
- An understanding of Agile methodologies is desirable but not required. More important is a "can-do" attitude and willingness to step outside your job description to make an impact.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in coding and data analysis with skills in:
- Python or Java (for scripting, debugging, or automation tasks)
- Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, or web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) a plus
- SQL (for querying and analyzing datasets)

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 - $180445 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
