What You'll Do:
- Responsible for the construction of the Global e-commerce quality assurance system and the construction of the US QA team, including TE and SDET
- Hands-on: Have a clear grasp of the detailed logic of business and system architecture, actually participate in the test execution of some projects, and have an in-depth grasp of the overall project process specifications, testing techniques, and related platforms and tools, and be able to guide new team members to get started quickly

- Project delivery and management: Quality management for the whole process of the project life cycle, including the formulation of quality assurance plans and strategies, plans, risk identification and avoidance, project process standardization, entry and exit Quality Standard control, defect management, and review, etc
- Quality system construction: keenly identify TOP quality risks and efficiency bottlenecks, research effective solutions and promote the implementation
- Establish efficient and trusting cooperation with stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.
- At least 5 years+ experience in testing and development of Internet companies, including 2 years+ in leading QA projects on Internet products quality assurance as Tech Lead.
- Familiar with at least one programming language such as Java/Python/Go, with good technical judgment.
- Experienced in quality assurance methodology and have a deep understanding of CI/CD, quality standards, server-side/UI automation testing, server-side performance testing, app stability testing, and experience in at least 2 or 3 aspects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent project quality management experience, in-depth research and practice of testing technology, strong technical judgment
- Strong self-driving force and quick learning ability
- Strong multinational, Cross-functional team collaboration and communication skills
- Strong concurrent task processing ability and efficient work output
- Experience in e-commerce business is a big plus.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $200000 - $280000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
