Tech Lead, AI Agent Platform for Creation Tools
Responsibilities
We are building a foundational AI agent platform that powers intelligent agents across all creation tools, including AI-powered camera effect generation and AI-driven video editing. This platform enables teams to build, deploy, and operate agentic AI systems reliably and at scale.
This role focuses on backend architecture and platform foundations that support large-scale, multi-agent systems in production.
Responsibilities
- Lead the backend architecture and technical roadmap of the AI agent platform
- Design and build core platform components including agent runtime, orchestration, and scheduling systems
- Architect memory, state management, and tool invocation frameworks for agent execution
- Build scalable infrastructure for model serving and inference routing
- Enable multi-agent coordination and distributed execution
- Define standards for reliability, observability, security, and extensibility
- Partner with product and application teams to enable rapid agent development on the platform
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of related industry experience
- Deep experience designing distributed systems and backend architectures
- Strong background in platform or infrastructure engineering
- Experience building large-scale, high-availability systems
- Proven technical leadership in system design and architecture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI platforms or ML infrastructure
- Experience with workflow engines, schedulers, or orchestration systems
- Experience with cloud-native architectures such as microservices and container orchestration
- Experience supporting large-scale AI inference workloads
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $208800 - $438000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
