Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in driving the APAC expansion of TikTok's emerging Local Services business. We support the growth and success of this innovative product by building a strong, dynamic team that aligns with mission: "Inspiring New Life and Helping Good Business."

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts hiring best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
- Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies).
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

Preferred Qualification
-At least 1 years of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment for tech industry (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
