Team Introduction
We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition intern to join the TikTok Product and Design Talent Acquisition team. This internship will provide exercised exposure to interview coordination, sourcing strategies, diverse recruiting programs design and candidate management/engagement, with opportunities available for technical and non-technical recruiting. In this role you will be a part of a fun and professional team. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

- Full Cycle Recruitment Support: Assist in managing roles from intake to interviewing, including partnering with hiring managers and TA Partners to understand role requirements, posting jobs, screening applicants, and supporting interview and onboarding processes.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Help design creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for critical roles. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and talent mapping.
- Market Research: Conduct industry and competitor research to provide actionable insights and best practices to the hiring team.
- Candidate Experience: Play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate journey by coordinating interviews efficiently and ensuring timely, professional communication throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree program in any field of study.
- Previous recruitment or talent sourcing experience (e.g., recruitment agency or in-house recruitment).
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Available to commit at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 5 consecutive months.

- A proactive, curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within the Talent Acquisition field.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
