We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing HR team in Singapore. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to strategically source, engage, and pipeline top-tier talent across various functions.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team in Singapore. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, employer branding, and HR operations within a dynamic and international work environment.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the end-to-end hiring process and work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent across the region.
- Assist with job posting creation, publishing, and promotion on job boards and social media platforms
- Support resume screening and candidate shortlisting based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Conduct market research and sourcing support for key roles (e.g. LinkedIn, job platforms)
- Maintain and update internal system with accurate candidate data
- Help plan and execute employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives
- Assist in organizing career events, job fairs, and internship programs
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the Talent Acquisition team
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Qualifications
Minimun Qualifications:
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, or human resources;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or experience in HR/recruitment is a plus but not required.
