Talent Acquisition Partner - TikTok USDS-JV - Los Angeles
Responsibilities
About the Team:
Join the USDS (U.S. Data Security) Talent Acquisition team as a versatile TA Partner. You will drive full-cycle hiring across technical, non-technical, and leadership levels, primarily supporting our Trust & Safety (T&S) and Corporate Functions divisions. By leveraging data and market intelligence, you will design innovative hiring strategies, execute complex searches, and lead high-impact projects to optimize the broader USDS talent ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
- Multi-Functional Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business lines, primarily supporting Trust & Safety and Corporate Functions. This requires the flexibility to seamlessly pivot between technical searches (e.g., Engineering, Data Science, Product) and non-technical/operational searches (e.g., Operations, Policy, Finance).
- Projects: Manage TA-related projects such as pipeline optimization, interviewer training, or referral programs to drive operational excellence across the USDS organization.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Partner with hiring teams to analyze metrics like funnel conversion and channel distribution to identify bottlenecks and drive recruitment solutions.
- Talent Research & Mapping: Conduct in-depth research to identify talent trends and map potential prospects across various tech and business domains to build robust internal and external pipelines.

- Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and HR partners, providing market insights, influencing hiring decisions, and ensuring a differentiated candidate experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in high-tech, media, or fast-paced industries.
- Proven ability to manage both technical and non-technical requisitions simultaneously, including exposure to leadership-level hiring.
- Strong data fluency to diagnose hiring challenges and present clear solutions to leadership.
- Advanced sourcing expertise (Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter) for complex talent mapping.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust across complex, cross-functional teams.
- High adaptability and intellectual curiosity to quickly context-switch between engineering and business-focused profiles.
- An entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset to tackle ambiguous talent acquisition challenges.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $97470 - $216600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
