Supply Chain Manager - Infrastructure Hardware

Responsibilities

About the team:
Infrastructure Hardware Supply Chain - Supply Management team's responsibility is to identify data center infrastructure key hardware resource delivery requirements (server & network equipment, etc.), effectively allocate and dispatch global material resources, continuously improve the delivery satisfaction rate and supply flexibility, coordinate and buildup the business processes and system functions from planning to order execution, and build agile, efficient and refined project management and delivery operation capabilities.

The Infrastructure Hardware Supply Chain team is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to take charge of regional demand-supply plan delivery management and lead/drive the optimization & construction of new models, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate regional demand and supply plans; lead or participate in projects to optimize and build new models, processes, and systems.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (e.g., hardware R&D, S&OP, delivery, sourcing/procurement, logistics, asset management, infra engineering) and external vendors to implement innovative operation models and mechanisms.
- Streamline planning and delivery processes with internal teams; consolidate demand plans, release supplier forecasts, define material strategies, and review supply gaps to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Lead cross-team project meetings; define activities, track progress, ensure milestone achievement, identify risks, and establish short/long-term management plans.
- Coordinate with asset management, sourcing, procurement, and quality teams to resolve last-mile delivery issues and ensure full-set material arrivals.
- Prioritize efforts based on OKRs/KPIs; address urgent regional issues with short-term mitigations and promote long-term strategies; willingness to undertake irregular domestic and international business trips required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3+ years of project management experience in infra data center hardware supply chain, with 2+ years in demand/supply planning and order delivery.
- Experience in electronic hardware NPI (New Product Introduction) project management
- Proven experience in leading large teams to complete projects and meet milestone timelines.
- Experience in process & system continuous improvement and development.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise to shift gears at a moment's notice, developing solutions, achieving consensus, and motivating cross-functional partners.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification is preferred.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $148770 - $307880 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
