About the team
The Commercial Sustainability team's main focus is on ensuring long-term commercial viability and ecosystem health. They focus on strategic planning to maintain a healthy marketplace or monetization ecosystem, often work on policy design, guardrails, and incentives that drive sustainable growth for creators, sellers, or partners, balances short-term revenue goals with long-term ecosystem health

About the role
You will learn about how TikTok Shop works by participating in projects with the team, making an impact to the growth of TikTok Shop.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performance management, process management, and optimisation of adhoc projects
- Responsible for translating data into actionable insights, constantly coordinating with internal teams
- Responsible for project management to ensure deliverables are within scope and on time
- Support the team on adhoc data analysis

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a undergraduate in engineering or a related analytical discipline.
- Logical, analytical and good at problem solving and framework building
- Excellent communication skills, both in team collaboration and with offline merchants

Preferred Qualifications
- Maintain ownership, take initiatives and result-oriented in project management
- Experience working with any E-Commerce platform
- Familiar with any analytics tools
