LIVE provides users with unique content and consumption experiences; it helps creators find the right audience, offering the best tools and a range of P&L positive models; through LIVE, the platform can also earn substantial revenue shares, and LIVE is also one of TikTok's three main sources of income.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at our Company.
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to Our Company and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
We support credit-bearing internship registration, subject to the intern's school requirements and company approval.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships
- From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026)

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the operation of TikTok LIVE strategy, and ensure the implementation of the strategy and the achievement of goals;
2. The support team monitors and addresses ecosystem content risks, including risk identification, rule promotion and education, and feedback collection;
3. Maintain various data metrics related to projects, follow up on the progress of key projects, and ensure the smooth implementation of projects;
4. Responsible for XFN communication and coordination, maintaining and improving collaboration processes, and enhancing XFN collaboration efficiency;
5. Assist with other daily operational tasks within the department.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's degree;
2. Ensure at least 4 full days of internship per week, with the internship period starting from 3 months;
3. Fluent English communication skills, which can be used as a working language;
4. Have certain data summarization and analysis capabilities, and be proficient in using work software such as Excel;

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Possess good communication skills, stress tolerance, comprehension ability, and teamwork spirit.
2. Pays careful attention to details, has a strong sense of responsibility, and demonstrates an owner's mindset.
