You will have a first hand opportunity to shape monetization efforts in the region primarily focused on driving revenue growth strategies, sales enablement and efficiency efforts. This role will work with cross-functional teams to find trends and proactively find solutions to improve processes to enable revenue and customer base growth. You will provide support to our sales team in executing localized go-to-market strategies, planning and execution. Responsibilities:
- Perform analyses and conduct internal and external research to inform business strategies.
- Support in developing processes and policies related to business needs.
- Support and manage initiatives on a project basis, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in NA and cross-region where needed.
- Anticipate issues and take initiative to solve them through developing strategic project plans and data-driven analysis.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for various business projects and events.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree.
- Ability to perform analyses and conduct internal and external research to inform business strategies.
- Experience in supporting the development of processes and policies related to business needs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage initiatives on a project basis and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and develop strategic project plans.

- Proficiency in data-driven analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $68640 - $120000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
