Strategy Manager, Product Listing Governance, TikTok Shop, EMEA
Responsibilities
TikTok Shop's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.
As a Strategy Manager within Product Listing Governnce, you will be responsible for the strategic operation of intellectual property and product compliance governance on TikTok Shop (identification/recall/enforcement/data monitoring/metric construction) and promoting the implementation of solutions across multiple scenarios.
- Based on the perception of external public opinion/regulatory information, promptly identify the risks of commodity compliance supervision in business processes, and improve the risk identification framework; establish and formulate Platform Governance policies and rules for e-commerce product compliance, including but not limited to: prohibited and restricted products, products not supported by the platform, trade-controlled products, product/listing quality etc.
- Monitor and analyze core operating metrics, including the strategic reach and governance efficiency of commodities-related scenarios. Through fine-grained strategy tuning and operation, achieve governance effectiveness optimization and overall efficiency improvement;
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of governance strategies, improve the basic capacity building of rewards and punishments for merchants.
- Have strong strategic configuration management capabilities, work with the product/technology/algorithm teams to build the product infrastructure needed for product management, formulate project plans, and promote the timely and high-quality launch of key functions;
- Has good communication skills with internal and external teams, can communicate effectively with PR/GR/compliance teams to clarify key matters, and quickly implement them.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
- Experience in e-commerce product compliance related policies, practices and strategies globally.
- Familiarity with global product compliance requirements, strong understanding of product compliance environment or regulatory trends.
- Strong communication skills , including the ability to propose complex solutions and provide written explanations.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously navigating problem, solution and strategy that are not well-defined. Delivering independently, with limited guidance.
- Proficient in analysis capability and tools (SQL/PYTHON) for data analysis and reporting.
