Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce resource planning strategies with a specialization in logistics, including goal/budget setting and performance review.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate the performance of logistics, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute logistics Strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Final year or recent graduate in MBA.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Python.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the E-Commerce industry, preferably within logistics.
- Background in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $144400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
