Team Introduction
The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team is a high-impact unit at the center of TikTok's global advertising business. We partner with leaders to shape strategy, set revenue plans, design incentive policies, and build the operational foundations that enable TikTok to scale. Our work spans markets and functions, requiring sharp problem-solving, rigorous analysis, and the ability to execute in complex environments.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

- Develop and deliver analytical reports to track business KPIs, monitor sales metrics and drive insights that shape leadership decisions

- Conduct research and market sizing across industries, translating findings into clear strategic recommendations.
- Support on larger strategic projects within the EU region
- Support conceptualizing and implementing regional projects to increase operational efficiency
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
What You Will Learn:
- Gain hands-on experience working in a small, high-performing team and take on meaningful responsibilities from the start of your internship.
- Learn how to support key projects with direct visibility to company leadership.
- Develop cross-market working experience and build a versatile skill set combining strategic thinking, data analytics, and operational execution.
- Understand end-to-end project workflows and how strategic decisions translate into operational delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Available for internship August/September until December 2026
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Engineering; must be enrolled for the duration of the internship.
- Demonstrated analytical strength and structured problem-solving
- Fast learner, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Good team communication skills and ability to drive projects with multiple stakeholders across organization;
- Fluent in English is required
- Proficiency in Swedish is required to communicate with external clients and content creators in the Swedish market.
- Successful candidates must be able to commit to a 3-6 month Internship (Jan - July 2026 OR July-Dec 2026).
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant internship experience in high-intensity, analytical and fast-paced environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, Private Equity, VC, tech strategy/ops)
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL)
- Strong project management and execution capabilities, including stakeholder alignment and delivery under tight timelines.
- Track record of balancing strategic insight with hands-on operational execution.
