Strategy Analyst Project Intern - TikTok Shop UK - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

The Business Planning & Operations team take a strategic approach to driving impact cross-functionally across TikTok. They work with multiple business units and stakeholders driving forward business growth and operational efficiency by providing significant business diagnosis and practical solutions through the use of analytical insights.

This is a highly unique role, combining both strategy and execution. Helping support TikTok Shop start-up growth in the rapidly scaling UK market. This motivated, highly analytical individual will work cross-functionally and independently on analysing data, uncovering opportunities, designing initiatives and helping launch them in the market for generating business impact. Strong preference for those with experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms. Digital and programmatic advertising experience could be helpful as well, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Gather internal and external
- Develop and lead in-depth data-driven analyses of eCommerce business, including merchant growth and operations, product and content scaling, other key metrics.
- Lead cross-functional teams to setup and execute short-term and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Establish business analysis frameworks to monitor the progress of key indicators, business opportunities and risks. Provide solid business diagnosis and practical solutions.
- Set up and execute annual/quarterly business goals and implementation roadmaps. Regularly conduct business reviews, summarising improvement strategies and methodologies.
- Play a pivotal role as a strategy business partner for the TikTok eCommerce business teams, leveraging data-driven insights to shape strategic agenda of business teams and fuel business growth.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or above, available for 4-5 days per week, for at least 3 months.
High attention to details
Organised and able to perform in a fast paced environment and prioritise well
Problem solver
Strong written and communicaiton skills as well as fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with familiarity with industry research methods.
Consulting, strategy, or investment-related experience is a plus
