Responsibilities

Our our team supports TikTok Shop's strategic planning and business expansion in IT markets through research, analysis, and cross-functional project execution. In this role, you will:
- Conduct strategy research, market analysis, and data processing to support TikTok Shop's expansion into new European markets.
- Support strategy research, business analysis, and data processing for TikTok Shop's expansion into new European markets.
- Partner closely with cross-functional business teams to drive key projects and support effective strategy execution.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Strong understanding of industry research methodologies, with solid logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to conduct research and collaborate effectively in cross-cultural and international contexts.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Prior experience in consulting, strategy, or investment.
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
- Proficiency in SQL.
