Responsibilities

We're looking for a passionate Strategic New Business Executive with a digital advertising background to join our growing Sales team in Dublin, looking after Small & Medium size businesses (SMB). You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with SMB advertisers in a one-to-many structure with the goal of activating accounts in the UKI market.

Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle for new advertisers across X market. From initial outreach to deal closure and first campaign activation.
- Build, manage, and convert a high-velocity pipeline of prospects through proactive multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, video, events).

- Identify and win new business opportunities on the TikTok Ads platform, with a strong focus on speed to engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Execute structured outreach strategies to penetrate priority verticals and generate scalable net new demand.
- Deliver consultative sales pitches, product demos, and campaign recommendations to drive first-time advertiser success.
- Launch early pilot campaigns with new advertisers and guide them through initial spending activation and adoption.
- Maintain strong sales rigour through accurate CRM hygiene, forecasting, follow-through, and consistent pipeline progression.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product teams to refine messaging, improve conversion, and accelerate time-to-value.
- Work with Account Managers on seamless client handover post-activation to ensure long-term performance and growth.
- Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets while maintaining a best-in-class advertiser experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador for TikTok, representing our solutions, values, and culture in every market interaction.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or new business, preferably in digital media, SaaS, or advertising technology.
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing revenue.
- Proficiency in German and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including teams based in German-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in German as well as corresponding in chat or emails
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing marketing and business decision-makers.
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills and a passion for winning new business.
- Highly metrics-focused, adaptable, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
- Genuine interest in digital marketing and helping brands grow through creativity and performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a BDR/SDR, Inside Sales, or Account Executive role within SaaS, AdTech, or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of paid media fundamentals (campaign setup, optimisation, key KPIs).
- Demonstrated ability to manage high outreach volume while delivering quality conversations and follow-through.
- Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset, thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys experimenting to improve results.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager or other paid social platforms is a plus.
