About the team
TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
TikTok LIVE is looking for a Gaming Creator Growth Manager who lives at the intersection of high-touch talent management and strategic product operations.
In this role, you will act as a bridge for innovation: working hand-in-hand with creators to prototype new behaviors, format, and feature adoption, then building the operational blueprints to scale those successes across the entire gaming segment.
Strategic Creator Partnership & Relationship Management.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of TikTok LIVE's top Gaming creators, esports personalities, gaming influencers, and public figures.
- Build trusted relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, and key ecosystem partners, serving as a strategic advisor rather than solely an account manager.
- Act as the primary escalation point for creator account, policy, product, and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and a high-quality creator experience.
- Develop long-term creator growth plans aligned with platform priorities and creator business objectives.
Content Strategy & Programming
- Partner closely with creators to improve content quality, audience engagement, and content diversity.
- Design and execute customized creator programs, including creator tournaments, community competitions, creator-vs-fan events, talk shows, interview formats, collaborative streams, and other innovative LIVE content initiatives.
- Identify emerging gaming trends, content opportunities, and audience behaviors to help creators stay ahead of market shifts.
- Work with creators to pilot new LIVE features, content formats, and engagement mechanisms.
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with game publishers, developers, esports organizations, agencies, and brands to create opportunities for creators.
- Facilitate collaborations between creators and external partners, including sponsored content, creator events, game launches, esports activations, and community campaigns.
- Identify and execute scalable partnership opportunities that create value for creators, partners, and the TikTok Gaming ecosystem.
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead multiple high-impact creator initiatives simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Operations, Partnerships, Trust & Safety, and LIVE Operations.
- Develop scalable creator programs and operational frameworks based on successful creator pilots and best practices.
- Define success metrics, monitor program performance, and continuously optimize initiatives based on business impact and creator feedback.
Ecosystem Insights & Advocacy
- Serve as the voice of top Gaming creators internally by translating creator feedback into actionable recommendations for product, policy, and operational improvements.
- Provide strategic insights on creator trends, content performance, gaming industry developments, and ecosystem opportunities.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging creator needs to support long-term ecosystem growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer management, talent management, gaming partnerships, esports operations, media partnerships, or related fields.
- Strong passion for gaming, livestreaming, creator ecosystems, and digital entertainment.
- Proven experience managing high-profile creators, talent, influencers, athletes, celebrities, or strategic partners.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience developing and executing content strategies, creator programs, or live content initiatives.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze creator performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships within the gaming, esports, creator, publisher, or entertainment industries.
- Experience working with game publishers, gaming brands, agencies, or talent management firms.
- Experience launching creator-focused programs, live events, tournaments, or branded content initiatives.
- Familiarity with creator monetization, sponsorships, brand partnerships, and livestream ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes without direct authority.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $209380 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
