We are seeking an experienced product strategy & operation manager with a passion for solving complex, cross-time-zone challenges. Ideal candidates have a spirit of exploration, actively identifying user needs and pain points, and driving innovative solutions to create impactful opportunities in the sports content ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop trending content strategy for sports events, including official account content planning and leveraging external hot trends.
2. Monitor real-time event developments and social trends to identify and capitalize on hotspot opportunities for maximum platform engagement.
3. Plan and execute campaigns, challenges, and interactive activities to drive user participation and content creation.
4. Analyze content performance, summarize effective trending methodologies, and iterate strategies for future events.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in internet strategy and product operations. In-depth understanding of the sports industry and a passion for sports content.
2. Excellent cross-cultural understanding, communication and persuasion, organizational coordination, and execution skills. Results-driven.
3. Strong logical thinking skills, capable of understanding complex business scenarios and demands, defining problems, and breaking down solutions.

Preferred Qualification(s):
1. Familiar with short social media platform content mechanisms and recommendation logic.
2. Solid data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL is a plus.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $192534 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
