About the Team
The TikTok LIVE Special Projects team drives high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives that span across operations, creator ecosystem development, campaign execution, and product experience optimisation for the EMEA region. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects that directly shape the future of TikTok LIVE in Europe, with opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of high-priority special projects across multiple operational domains, including but not limited to creator ecosystem growth, user experience optimisation, operational process streamlining, and new market expansion initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, creator operations, data analytics) to align project milestones, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks in a timely manner
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyse operational, user, and creator performance data to generate actionable insights and regular reports for project stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing projects, identify trends and risks, and provide data-driven recommendations to inform decision-making
- Campaign & Ad-Hoc Task Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis of user growth (UG) campaigns, creator initiatives, and special events
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks as required, including creator outreach, partner coordination, and process optimisation initiatives
Contribute to creative ideation for campaigns and project initiatives to drive user and creator engagement
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Data Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience and skills in data analysis, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualisation tools
- Proven project management experience, including coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and delivering results in cross-functional environments
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for cross-team and stakeholder communication
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting
- Familiarity with TikTok and other short-form/livestream platforms, with a strong interest in the creator economy and digital entertainment
