As part of Solutions Engineering org, SE Partnerships team is focusing on Global Partnerships and Agencies to facilitate meaningful connections between brands/advertisers and partners/agencies through technology at scale and help businesses grow on TikTok.

TikTok is building out our Solutions Engineering team to help our external clients and partners to thrive on this journey. As a Solutions Engineer, you will not only have the opportunity to identify and solve challenges by architecting and building solutions but, more importantly, prioritize client success and work cross-functionally to help them reach their business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and agencies; build trust through your deep technical expertise of their platforms and customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships and/or Agency Leads and Product teams to develop, manage and grow partner relationships with a focus on technical aspects (i.e. technical presentations, trainings, consultations, integration guides, and best practices).
- Be an expert on TikTok's API capabilities and partner offerings from technical lens. Advocate for API improvements and influence product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges.
- Build and ship new products as well as end-to-end integrations in collaboration with Ads product engineering teams.
- Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing technology and API trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience shipping production quality code
- Familiar with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally.
- Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively focus on the APAC and China Outbound (CNOB) market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in advertising technology working with large volume data analytics.
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and development experience
