Responsibilities
Our team focuses on the quality assurance of the whole ads-system, including AD manager, delivery system, review system, business integrity, conversion measurement and etc. We aim to improve the usability, reliability, stability of the whole system and user experience through project testing, automation testing, CI/CD system construction, test tool construction and etc. We are looking for people who have good business sense and testing/CICD/automation experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of product quality assurance for the global monetization platform product; define and implement test strategies, plans, and methodologies;
2. Actively participate in system architecture design and planning, and help establish a robust quality assurance framework;
3. Work closely with engineering teams to gain a deep understanding of business logic; participate in architecture and code reviews to drive testability, observability, and overall system stability;
4. Contribute to the design and development of internal tools, automation frameworks, and testing platforms to improve engineering efficiency and quality at scale;
5. Participate in the development of performance testing tools and infrastructure related to system reliability and quality.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field;
2. Strong programming and development skills, with familiarity in backend and/or frontend development; full-stack experience is a strong plus;
3. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with at least one backend language such as Python, Java, or Go; experience with system architecture design and common middleware such as Redis, RocketMQ, Kafka, etc.;
4. Familiarity with server-side testing techniques, including performance/stress testing, API/interface validation, monitoring setup, and data quality verification;
5. Demonstrated ability to define and solve complex technical problems; strong sense of quality ownership and project execution;
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; sound system design thinking and clean coding practices.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118657 - $177000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
