The TikTok Shop LATAM operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of social media content for TikTok Shop Brazil owned channels.
- Help manage content calendars and coordinate the production of social assets with external vendors.
- Assist in the development of social-first campaigns, including promotional moments, seasonal events, and platform initiatives.
- Capture and produce short-form vertical content when needed, including filming simple product, trend-based, or campaign-related videos for social platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to identify opportunities for timely and relevant content.
- Collaborate with internal teams (campaign, creators, and category teams) to align messaging and content strategies.
- Support community engagement by identifying relevant comments, conversations, and creator interactions.
