Social Impact Manager - Global CSR - EMEA
Responsibilities
The EMEA Social Impact Manager will be an integral member of the Global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team and work very closely with multiple cross-functional teams, especially the regional Communications and Public Policy Teams. The team's work spans a broad and diverse range of functions and workstreams, including designing and implementing social, climate and employee impact strategies as well as working collaboratively across disciplines to bring the right resources, expertise, and experience to each aspect of Environmental Social Governance (ESG). The mission of the team is to deliver positive social impact and environmental sustainability through our platform, products and people that increase brand trust and performance.

Responsibilities:
Social Impact Program Design and Execution:
- Identify key issue areas and appropriate partners to build programs that drive social impact.
- Monitor progress of impact initiatives and work with communications to provide media coverage and visibility.
Scale Up Nonprofit Offering:
- Streamline TikTok's fundraising and ad credit functionalities for the nonprofit sector.
- Scale up nonprofit labelling, onboarding, training, communication and creator engagement to bolster their impact.
Integrate Social Impact Considerations Into TikTok and ByteDance Products:
- Co-create functionalities and programs with TikTok LIVE and TikTok Shop that demonstrate societal value.
- Evaluate impact of initiatives and contribute to wider storytelling efforts to increase trust and performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Impact, Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in building and executing social impact programs and industry best practices in EMEA markets
- Strong project management skills and ability to report to multiple stakeholders, internal and external
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with external partners

- Ability to think strategically, develop impactful initiatives, and execute them effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and draw insights from data.
- Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
