Social Impact Coordinator, Advertising Credits

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end CSR advertising credits program, enabling NGOs and impact partners to effectively scale their presence and reach on TikTok.
- Empower NGOs and their agencies through strategic education on TikTok's advertising suite, creative best practices, campaign optimization to maximize real-world impact.
- Orchestrate global impact campaigns by collaborating across teams to analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and refine advertising offerings.
- Manage the TikTok Donation Sticker feature, from coordinating technical activation for local and emergency response efforts to scaling the overall in-app fundraising journey.
- Advocate for nonprofit needs by partnering with Finance, Legal, Product, and Commercial teams to streamline platform experiences and improve product offerings.
- Build and optimize scalable operations, including automated workflows and impact-tracking dashboards, to ensure a seamless experience for all global stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing operational systems, complex workflows, and cross-functional processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience coordinating between internal teams (including Public Policy) and external NGO partners.
- A strong commitment to CSR and a motivation to drive measurable social impact.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience in social impact within a non-profit or corporate environment.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with the flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.
- Proficiency in Excel and an aptitude for adopting new technologies, including AI tools, to optimize efficiency.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong drive to take initiative and resolve issues independently.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $86400 - $136000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
