From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers and New Business Development Reps, providing clear direction, coaching, and feedback to drive both client success and team growth.
- Own strategy and revenue outcomes across acquisition and account management, building scalable strategies and identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows.
- Set clear expectations and foster a performance-driven culture, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds goals through disciplined execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Training to share insights, scale best practices, and address performance or capability gaps.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive team environment, valuing diverse perspectives and enabling every team member to contribute effectively.
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach, supporting the team in campaign analysis, identifying data-driven insights, and using learnings to improve client outcomes and advocate for product enhancements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Account management and driving new business within digital advertising
- 3+ years of people management experience, leading and developing highly effective sales teams
- Strong understanding of the Japan digital advertising ecosystem and advertiser needs
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive measurable client outcomes

- Highly organised with strong project management and analytical skills
- Able to balance multiple priorities with attention to detail and execution rigor
