TikTok's Product-Led-Growth team is focused on helping businesses of all sizes succeed through TikTok's advertising platform. Our mission is to drive scalable advertiser growth by building product experiences that make it easier, faster, and more effective for customers to onboard, activate, and grow their business. As part of a global organization, the PLG team works at the intersection of product strategy, growth, data, and user experience.

As a Product Manager Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful, short-term projects that give you hands-on experience with real advertising products. - Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing TikTok global incentive and guidance campaigns across various markets/regions.
- Conduct data analysis and regular performance tracking to provide insights. identify anomalies and coordinate resources for follow-up and deep dives to support business growth
