About the team
The TikTok LIVE SMB service team is affiliated with the TikTok LIVE team. We aim to help TikTok's Small to Medium-Sized businesses (including merchants and creators) obtain more diverse customer acquisition and business operation methods through live streaming by building product capabilities and providing creator services, and to offer professional live streaming content for users.

As the SMB Creator Manager, you will be responsible for creator recruitment, growth, and empowerment. You will also drive the prosperity of the SMB live streaming ecosystem in a scalable and efficient manner, achieving core business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Fuel Growth: Lead the end-to-end acquisition strategy to identify and onboard high-potential SMB streamers, including converting organic creators and attracting top-tier external merchants to TikTok LIVE.
- Lifecycle Excellence: Architect and iterate on tiered education systems, incentive frameworks, and support mechanisms to accelerate creator success and foster platform stickiness.
- Drive Engagement: Design and execute high-impact creator campaigns and growth systems that can scale across diverse merchant categories.
- Performance Optimization: Take full ownership of key performance indicators, including streaming frequency, activity rates, and content consumption, ensuring SMB performance aligns with broader business objectives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct rigorous analysis of market trends and platform data to formulate long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Identify structural bottlenecks and lead cross-functional projects to build systematic solutions and explore untapped growth avenues.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in internet platform operations, creator ecosystem operations, UGC growth, or related fields.
- Deep understanding and strong passion for the live streaming industry, the creator economy, and SMB business. Excellent content sense and business acumen.
- Strong UGC operations background with hands-on experience in campaign management and growth system design.
- Exceptional data analysis skills, with the ability to identify problems, evaluate effectiveness, and make strategic decisions based on complex data.
- Outstanding communication, coordination, and cross-functional project management skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, capable of breaking down macro objectives into actionable team plans.
- Fluent English communication skills to communicate with global business teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing creator operations, merchant operations, or community operations teams at a live streaming platform, content platform, or e-commerce platform.
- Proven success in building or significantly scaling creator/merchant operational systems, growth funnels, or communities from 0 to 1.
- Extensive network of local SMB, creator, or influencer contacts.
- Prior leadership or people management experience is preferred.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $104712 - $235980 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
