About the Team
The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves. Join TikTok LIVE's Service & Experience team to help elevate global live streaming experiences. You'll work directly with massive user feedback, using data insights and process optimization to address core experience issues-impacting billions of users in real time.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at our Company.

We support credit-bearing internship registration, subject to the intern's school requirements and company approval.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships
- From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026)
Responsibilities
1. Insight & Analysis: Monitor multi-channel user feedback, apply data analysis to pinpoint experience gaps and root causes.
2. Process Development: Support service process optimization, draft and iterate clear, actionable SOPs.
3. Optimization Facilitation: Build data-driven reports, collaborate with product and R&D teams to drive issue resolution and closure.
4. Project Support: Assist in user research, competition analysis, and daily data reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate or graduate student with sufficient internship availability and passion for the live streaming industry.
2. Strong data awareness and analytical skills; proficient in SQL/Excel; logical thinking; ability to independently draft high-quality SOPs and reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Problem-Driven: Keen sensitivity to user experience, skilled at extracting issues from complex information, and persistent in driving solutions.
2. Communication & Collaboration: Good communication and cross-team collaboration potential.
