Responsibilities:
- Create and test prototypes in the design process to create solutions.
- Design high-fidelity UI and UX specs to clearly communicate requirements to engineers.
- Responsible for end-to-end work, including design research, strategy development, design output, implementation, and iterative follow-up, ensuring product usability and aesthetics.
- Actively participate in the business discussion and drive end-to-end experience optimization to achieve business metrics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of product design experience for cross-platform web and mobile applications.
- Familiar with various design principles and common design patterns. Able to integrate user research, competitive analysis, data analysis, and other methods to independently complete information architecture, interface layout, workflow, UI design, design specifications etc.
- Experience with designing and shipping an end-to-end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios and edge cases.
- Proven ability to empathize with and build solutions for users.
- Ability to provide design variations.
- Ability to organize and communicate with user focus.
- A keen eye for visual UI details.
- Work closely with engineers to build components that seamlessly fit into a larger component library/style guide.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or above in a design-related field.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $130382 - $243073 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
