About the team
The Lead Ads Product team sits within the Global Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building high-performing advertising solutions tailored to lead generation advertisers. Our vision is to become the leading platform for businesses to discover, acquire, and manage high-intent users seamlessly. We aim to achieve this by developing industry-leading advertiser-facing experiences that address the unique needs of key lead generation verticals (such as Automotive, Financial Services, Professional Services, etc) and bridging the gap between ad creation and down-funnel lead management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimization of features within TikTok Ads Manager, focusing on improving the lead ads creation workflow, user journey, and downstream lead management processes.
- Deep dive into key Lead Generation verticals to generate professional insights, identify unique advertiser challenges, and translate them into innovative product strategies.
- Design and enhance frontend lead management capabilities, such as native Lead Centers, CRM integrations, and seamless lead routing experiences to improve advertiser ROI and operational efficiency.
- Be highly data-driven: Track and analyze key product metrics, conduct A/B testing, and leverage customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive iterative improvements.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Marketing, and Sales to define product roadmaps and set objectives that align with the needs of performance advertisers.
- Stay up-to-date with lead generation trends, CRM tech ecosystem, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to keep the platform at the forefront of advertising solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or above.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, managing full product lifecycles, integrating customer feedback, and driving prioritization.

Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep domain expertise and professional insights into key lead generation industries (e.g., Automotive, Financial Services, Real Estate, Education).
