Senior Product Manager - Entertainment Ads (Mandarin Speaker)

About the team
TikTok's Global Monetization Product team is responsible for developing cutting-edge advertising solutions that drive revenue and deliver value for our business partners. Within this organization, the Entertainment team specifically focuses on building tailored ad solutions for entertainment clients (e.g., Film Studios, Streaming Platforms, Ticketing services). We aim to seamlessly connect our massive user base with their favorite entertainment content and events, achieving exceptional Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive overall advertising performance for international products, with a focus on improving the ads delivery experience for clients in the Entertainment vertical, and contribute to achieving the industry's revenue goals.
2. Develop a strong customer-centric perspective and deep understanding of the business models and core needs of Entertainment advertisers; continuously optimize campaign strategies and deepen optimization objectives to improve advertisers' return on investment.
3. Analyze the campaign logic and operating models of performance advertisers in vertical industries, and design tailored ad format solutions based on the characteristics of the Entertainment industry, improving both advertiser experience and platform monetization efficiency.
4. Own the product lifecycle end to end, and partner with global cross-functional teams to drive execution across product planning, development, launch, go-to-market, and post-launch iteration, delivering integrated product solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience is also welcome. Experience in machine learning or recommender systems is a plus.
2. At least 2 years of product management experience in online advertising. Familiarity with the full software product lifecycle, with the ability to lead product or product portfolio development from ideation and development to launch, performance monitoring, and iterative optimization. Strong product leadership is required.
3. Strong learning agility, logical thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to complex and fast-changing international business environments.

4. Excellent writing, presentation, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical ability with the capability to break down complex problems and drive collaboration across teams and regions.
5. Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185600 - $396000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
