Senior Product Manager Content & Service Ad Product Team - Creative & Catalog
Responsibilities
About the team
Content Service Ad Product team is responsible for the end-to-end vertical performance ads solution including App & Gaming, Lead Ads & Web-based Ads (Travel & Entertainment), which is one of the revenue drivers of TikTok Monetization Platform. Creative & Catalog team, in the context, is responsible for client-oriented product catalog management & creative management product areas:
- Catalog: Product inbound, management & integration with vertical ads solutions, etc.;
- Creative: 3rd party creative solutions (creator creatives), AIGC creatives, etc.
Responsibilities
- Product management of creative & catalog products in global content & services ad product, which includes product & creative supply, user intent analysis, the integration of creative with ad format and other pillars. Build end-to-end solutions for advertisers to start their ad journey in TikTok
- Understand the key pain points from clients on their operation of catalog & creative products, and provide solutions to improve their experience in terms of efficiency & effectiveness based on holistic metrics
- Build up product roadmap to reflect the long-term vision & mission of the team
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years + experience in product management areas
- Prefer those who have the experience of advertiser tooling products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $414000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
