About the Role
The TikTok Shop Design team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Seller Platform team.
In this role, you will help shape the foundation of the seller experience-designing the tools, systems, and workflows that empower businesses to succeed on TikTok Shop. You'll operate across ambiguity, define end-to-end experiences, and influence the long-term vision of our seller ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design across complex product areas-from problem definition to high-fidelity execution and launch
- Translate ambiguous, high-level concepts into intuitive and impactful product experiences
- Drive product strategy in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research
- Shape and evolve the seller platform vision, identifying opportunities for innovation and scale
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the full product lifecycle-from discovery to iteration
- Elevate design quality by giving and receiving thoughtful, actionable feedback
- Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and polished user experiences at launch
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in product design or related fields
- Proven experience designing and shipping end-to-end product experiences in complex or ambiguous problem spaces
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience leveraging research and data to inform design decisions
- High proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for e-commerce, creator ecosystems, and the future of digital retail
- Experience designing for global-scale commerce, marketplace, or business platforms
- Experience in fast-moving, zero-to-one or early-stage product environments
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to define direction across interconnected features
- High attention to visual detail and polished execution
- Sensitivity to global markets, localization, and cross-cultural design considerations
- Experience using creativity with new AI tools
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $288000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
