Responsibilities

We are the technical project management team dedicated to supporting Trust & Safety technical teams. Our primary focus is to ensure the efficient operation and successful delivery of R&D project portfolios. We continuously optimize our working processes and methods, leveraging data to drive higher efficiency, better agility, and stronger quality within the technical team.

Responsibilities
- In the face of increasingly complex international situations and public opinion environments, deeply engage with team operations, responsible for managing various TikTok technical project portfolios, collaborating across departments, cultures, and teams, to lay a solid foundation for TikTok's compliance and growth;
- As a Business Partner (BP) embedded within team operations, assist the business team in establishing a unified project workflow and promote its implementation, enhance cross-team and cross-role collaboration efficiency, and establish measurement and analysis SOPs. Continuously optimize based on metrics to improve team delivery efficiency and quality;
- Combine the characteristics of business and team, accumulate and consolidate project management experience, methodologies, and knowledge bases, and empower and optimize team collaboration efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full lifecycle project management and metric analysis.
- Experienced with internet companies' product research and development teams, complex project management experience, or related experience in relevant professional consulting industries.
- Data-oriented, with strong indicator system construction and data analysis capabilities.
- Possess good business understanding ability, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent logical thinking ability, and the courage to face challenges.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Major in computer science or related fields.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills across different functional teams globally.
- Holders of PMP, Scrum, CISSP, CISA, CIPM, or other professional certifications.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156800 - $304000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
