Senior Business Analyst - TikTok LIVE - Sydney

Responsibilities

About the team:
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new creator agencies and business partnerships for TikTok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow TikTok LIVE together with the agencies as a partner while building good relationships with them.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Data Analysis of TikTok LIVE Operation's business.
- Analyze the factors affecting the improvement and growth of the product, the details of each business, and give a feasible overall product optimization plan in combination with the business direction.
- Collaborate with product/operation/R&D to promote the implementation of optimization plans and bring actual improvement and growth to the business.
- Responsible for the design and analysis of strategy & incentive in the business, the evaluation of product optimization effect, the analysis and evaluation of activities, the analysis of core index anomalies.
- Responsible for the construction of specialized models in business.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis for internet products.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and languages, including Excel, SQL, Hive, and Python.
- Experience in data analysis, visualization, and building reports or dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong logical thinking and ability to design data metrics; skilled at translating business needs into analytical solutions.
- Results-oriented with strong self-motivation, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority, time-sensitive projects independently.
