Senior Brand Marketing Manager - Integrated Marketing (TikTok Shop by Tokopedia, Indonesia)

About the team
The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTok Shop's success in SEA.
We are looking for an experienced Business Marketing subject matter expert to lead Campaign Go To Market, Seller Education, and B-side Event initiatives. This role will play a critical part in driving merchant engagement and platform growth through structured go-to-market strategies and scalable enablement programs.
You'll be the key connector across multiple teams - marketing, category, creative, and operations; ensuring each campaign is rolled out with impact, precision, and cross-platform alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end campaign GTM (e.g. 9.9, 11.11) strategy, including positioning, merchant communication, and cross-functional alignment to drive merchant participation and business impact.
- Build and scale seller education programs (playbooks, training, toolkits) to enhance merchant capability across campaign and BAU cycles, and build up long term platform seller showcase library.
- Own brand side event strategy and execution (online & offline), strengthening merchant engagement, platform influence, and measurable business value.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- 3+ years of working experience in the brand marketing, trade marketing, or GTM planning
- Have a thorough understanding of the characteristics of content e-commerce, have good marketing sense and market insight ability.
- Have excellent strategic capabilities, have the awareness of continuous learning and innovation, excellent organizational coordination and communication skills, and efficient self-driven and goal management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and resource integration skills, pressure resistance, can deal with ambiguities and quickly drive results
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience with brand marketing with the brand or seller side will be an added advantage.
