About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with seller management, category, operations, product, and cross-functional teams to understand seller behavior and identify opportunities to improve seller acquisition, activation, productivity, retention, and overall marketplace contribution.

You will use data and structured problem-solving to translate seller and marketplace insights into actionable strategies, programs, and operational improvements. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace strategy, seller management, business analytics, and platform operations.

Responsibilities:
- Support analysis of seller performance, behavior, and segmentation to identify opportunities to improve seller activation, productivity, and retention.
- Assist in developing and executing seller management initiatives, including seller engagement programs, incentives, education initiatives, and growth programs.
- Conduct data analysis and market research to understand seller needs, marketplace trends, and key drivers of seller performance, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Support the team in running and evaluating seller-focused experiments and pilot programs, including tracking key metrics and summarizing results.
- Work with cross-functional teams across seller management, category, operations, product, and campaigns to support project execution and follow-up on key action items.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for business reviews, helping stakeholders understand seller performance, program impact, and key marketplace trends.
