* Manage the seller community and drive seller engagement through daily community operations.

* Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to develop seller playbooks, educational materials, and marketing assets.
3. Merchant Program Operations
* Analyze merchant program performance and support the configuration, optimization, and daily operation of seller missions and incentive

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and SQL; experience with data analysis is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for e-commerce, creator economy, or digital marketing is a plus.
