Seller Growth Strategy & Analytics Project Intern (TikTok Shop - Madrid) - 2026 Start

TikTok Shop is an innovative new commerce platform that is redefining the way people discover and shop online. Through seamless in-app shopping experiences, we enable sellers, creators, and communities to drive real commercial value.
The MAI (Merchant Acquisition & Incubation) team's primary objective is to onboard sellers at scale and incubate them to the next level of growth through scalable initiatives in the Spain market.
In this role, you will own the analysis behind our seller funnel, helping the team see where sellers drop off, where risks are building, and where the next growth opportunities sit.
- Own the seller funnel analysis from registration through to graduation, cleaning and structuring data from multiple internal sources to produce reliable, repeatable reporting for the team.
- Monitor core seller metrics for abnormal movement, flagging risks early and surfacing growth opportunities in time for the team to act on them.
- Support seller lead generation, qualification, and segmentation through a data-driven approach, helping the team prioritise where to focus acquisition effort.
- Track and evaluate seller growth programs, including incentive schemes and championship campaigns, measuring performance against targets and assessing budget effectiveness.
- Support seller troubleshooting, community engagement, and the development of educational content to drive seller success.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree related to Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or other quantitative field.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel for data extraction and processing;
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, working effectively with stakeholders across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in e-commerce or a fast-growing internet business.
- Experience with Python or similar for data processing.
