About the team
Seller Affiliate Enablement team is responsible for key merchants affiliate growth program, TikTok Next Top Affiliate (TNTA). It is a structured creator-incubation program aimed at improving TTS Seller affiliate growth. This role supports the team running the program across multiple brands.
About this role
As an intern, you will support the team in running the TikTok Next Top Affiliate (TNTA) program across multiple brands. This TNTA program is a structured creator-incubation program developing mid-to-top affiliate creators for TikTok Shop Indonesia.
Responsibilities
1. Support day-to-day program operations across the brand portfolio - tracking milestones, maintaining the mastersheet, and keeping initiatives on schedule.
2. Assist brand enablement: help prepare playbook materials, kickoff/bootcamp decks, and templates that equip brands to self-execute.
3. Supporting the creator pipeline - help coordinate with creator management side for creator participations in overall program funnel.
4. Monitor real-time brand and creator performance against program metrics (Affiliate GMV, LS GMV, creator level uplift); compile post-program evaluations and surface leading-indicator insights.
5. Coordinate with brands and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, including status updates and leaderboard upkeep.
Support general ad-hoc and admin duties as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Strong analytical thinker, comfortable with data processing.
2. Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, 3. Pivot Tables) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in information and formatting.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working in project management role
2. Genuine interest in social commerce and the creator/affiliate ecosystem.
3. Eager to learn, self-motivated, and proactive; collaborative and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
