Global Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including TikTok For Business, that naturally connects companies and brands with audiences looking for new interests and curiosities to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition.

Project Intern
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, clean, and analyze data using Excel to deliver actionable insights for our teams.
• Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Use BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to build and maintain dashboards that track key performance metrics.
• Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations that align with our broader business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest process improvements for data handling, analysis, and reporting workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Enrollment: Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excel Proficiency: Demonstrated skill in advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make logical recommendations.
- Strategic & Critical Thinking: Comfortable evaluating complex scenarios and proposing well-structured solutions.
- Language Requirements :Proficient JP and EN.

Preferred qualifications:
- Data Tools Knowledge : Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and/or experience with SQL.
- Eagerness to Learn: Passionate about data and analytics, with a desire to expand skill sets and grow professionally.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills; able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
