Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the content ecosystem of TikTok LIVE; independently identify issues, break down objectives, and drive their achievement to ensure the development of the business content ecosystem.
- Possess unique insights into the content domain; identify risk patterns and fraud rings by analyzing user behavior, content, user feedback, and other data to design automated adversarial strategies.

- Develop forward-looking risk control strategies based on data-driven decisions, drive the improvement and upgrade of product safety mechanisms, and be responsible for the effectiveness of risk solutions.
- Collaborate with tech teams to build and improve risk perception, identification, intervention, and governance measurement systems; design scalable risk control products and services that support various business lines.
- Engage with various business, operation, algorithm, and security/risk stakeholders to solve risk problems at scale.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
- Relevant work experience in internet products.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, excellent learning ability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Willing to embrace challenges and strive for excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in strategy, risk control, content safety, or related fields is a plus.
