Risk Control Strategy Product Manager Graduate (Disposal Optimization, TikTok BRIC Singapore), 2027 Start
Responsibilities
The BRIC team works to minimize the damage of inauthentic behaviors on TikTok and other ByteDance platforms (e.g. CapCut,Lark), covering multiple classical and novel community and business risk areas such as account integrity, engagement authenticity, anti spam, API abuse, growth fraud, live streaming security and financial safety (ads or e-commerce), etc.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the requirement analysis, product planning, product design, and project management related to anti-cheat account handling capabilities for TikTok's global scenarios.
- Leverage internal and external product and intelligent technology capabilities to optimize the handling process and capabilities, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of risky account handling, and taking responsibility for the rationality of risk control actions.
- Understand relevant company business and strategy, collaborate with requirements from various business units, effectively balance internal needs and online performance; establish efficient communication and collaboration mechanisms to ensure business awareness of risk control work.
- Design scientific and reasonable metrics to measure handling effectiveness and evaluate governance outcomes and business impact.
- Familiar with the operational patterns and violation/cheating methods of various security/risk control risks, with certain security/risk control governance experience; preference given to those familiar with standard operational procedures for various security/risk control risks.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Computer Science, Information Security, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or other related disciplines.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex business problems into scalable strategy solutions.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of driving alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in internet products, risk strategy, content safety, fraud prevention, trust and integrity, security, recommendation systems or related domains is a plus.
- Passion for solving large-scale, ambiguous and evolving adversarial problems, with a strong sense of responsibility, execution and long-term systems thinking.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience working in an international technology company. Familiarity with big data analytics, AI/ML algorithms, or AI products is preferred.
- Understanding of online abuse patterns, fraud, policy violations, and adversarial behaviors.
- Familiarity with risk governance frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for identifying, investigating, and mitigating security and integrity risks is a plus.
