Responsibilities
TikTok is a world-leading short-video and live streaming platform serving hundreds of millions of users globally. By joining the BRIC (Business Risk Integrity Control) team, you will work in one of the industry's most challenging risk environments, where massive scale, high concurrency, evolving abuse patterns and global adversarial ecosystems continuously reshape the landscape.
You will build the next generation of intelligent, data-driven risk defense systems, combining strategy, product thinking and AI to safeguard the health of the global content ecosystem and continuously raise the industry's standard for risk governance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the requirement analysis, product planning, product design, and project management related to anti-cheat account handling capabilities for TikTok's global scenarios.

- Leverage internal and external product and intelligent technology capabilities to optimize the handling process and capabilities, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of risky account handling, and taking responsibility for the rationality of risk control actions.
- Understand relevant company business and strategy, collaborate with requirements from various business units, effectively balance internal needs and online performance; establish efficient communication and collaboration mechanisms to ensure business awareness of risk control work.
- Design scientific and reasonable metrics to measure handling effectiveness and evaluate governance outcomes and business impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of internet product work experience, strong data analysis capability, logical judgment, and goal-oriented
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, along with excellent learning ability
- Have strong curiosity and self-motivation, enjoy challenges, and strive for excellence
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Majors in Computer Science, Information Security, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields, technical background is preferred
- Experience in risk control, anti-cheat, anti-fraud, strategy, or related fields is preferred
- Possess work experience in an international company; Familiar with big data analysis or AI algorithms, familiar with the operational patterns and violation/cheating methods of various security/risk control risks, with certain security/risk control governance experience, and familiar with standard operational procedures for various security/risk control risks
