Retail Project Intern (TikTok Shop by Tokopedia) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of seller leads, ensuring efficient communication, timely follow-ups, and smooth handovers across internal teams
- Driver merchant acquisition for retail business schemes, including conducting margin negotiations and aligning on key commercial terms
- Gather and structure daily operational data, generate actionable reports, and deliver insights to support continuous optimization of operations and commercial discussions
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and deliver data-driven recommendations to inform strategic and tactical decisions across the business

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Able to work from the office 4/5 days a week
- Proficient in Excel with a strong understanding of its functions and capabilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable with data processing and interpretation
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
- Hard worker and highly motivated
