About the Team
The Account Interaction & Search Safety Team is a lean and agile group focused on safeguarding user interactions across Account, Search, Comment, and Messaging. Our mission is to respond quickly to evolving safety challenges by streamlining workflows, implementing efficient operational processes, and fostering cross team collaboration to proactively address risks.
The planning team ensures that safety operations are adequately resourced, optimized, and future-ready. By aligning workforce supply with business needs, managing vendors and internal capacity, and responding to real-time changes, the team plays a central role in maintaining service levels, productivity, and long term scalability of safety operations.
Responsibilities
- Own resource management for the team, ensuring the right resources are allocated at the right time and location to support operational delivery and improve efficiency.
- Partner closely with product and downstream operation teams to define planning parameters, and coordinate ad hoc resource needs and unexpected situations.
- Leverage data to analyze operational output and key metrics trends, continuously identifying and driving optimization opportunities.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance resource planning mechanisms, ensuring scalability across diverse business scenarios and stakeholders.
- Manage capacity and resource delivery timelines; use data modeling to simulate different resource allocation scenarios and support decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the effectiveness and usability of capacity monitoring and reporting tools.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., data analysis, resource management, or strategic planning);
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel is required.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to process large datasets and identify subtle insights.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to independently drive strategies and align stakeholders to achieve goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools.
- Experience working in multinational or global environments.
- Experience delivering results in BPO, social media, or call center environments is a plus.
- Experience in large-scale operations planning is a plus.
