The Scaled Growth Team is a strategic engine within TikTok, focused on driving global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships. The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. By identifying scalable opportunities and unlocking new markets, the team accelerates business expansion while ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.

About the Role
Aleph is TikTok's largest reseller partner, representing our advertising business across the majority of our global reseller markets. This role owns the end-to-end global relationship with Aleph - serving as the single strategic point of contact responsible for partnership health, commercial alignment, and joint growth across all markets where Aleph operates on TikTok's behalf.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can operate at both the strategic level (shaping the long-term partnership framework) and the executional level (driving revenue and resolving complex cross-market issues). The role does not carry people-management responsibility, but requires strong influence and stakeholder management across regions and functions.

Key Responsibilities
Global Partnership Management
- Serve as the primary global point of contact for Aleph leadership, owning the overall health and trajectory of the partnership
- Lead the design and negotiation of the long-term partnership framework, including the global contract structure, multi-year commitments, and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) arrangements
- Drive global consistency across Aleph's markets - aligning incentive structures, commercial terms, and operating standards to reduce market-by-market fragmentation

Revenue & Growth
- Carry revenue accountability for the global Aleph relationship, ensuring delivery against targets across all Aleph-operated markets
- Lead Aleph-driven new market expansion: identify and assess new market opportunities, build the business case, and manage the launch of Aleph into new territories
- Proactively identify market opportunities for Aleph - including high-potential verticals, advertiser segments, and key accounts - and translate them into incremental revenue. Go beyond baseline targets to surface and capture upside opportunities that drive over-achievement
- Partner with Aleph to build the capability and market intelligence needed to pursue these opportunities systematically, rather than reactively
- Identify cross-market growth opportunities and work with regional sellers to translate them into results

Commercial & Operational Alignment
- Own the design and evolution of Aleph's global incentive framework, including the shift toward performance-linked commission structures
- Lead resolution of high-stakes, cross-market partnership issues (e.g. contract disputes, tax and regulatory matters, market transitions)
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, MSO, Policy, regional agency heads) to ensure Aleph has the support and clarity needed to perform
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong executive-level relationships with Aleph's global and regional leadership
- Act as the internal advocate for the Aleph relationship, ensuring it is well-represented in broader Scaled Growth strategy and planning

What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in partnership management, agency/reseller management, or strategic account management, ideally in digital advertising or platform businesses
- Proven ability to manage a large, complex partner relationship at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong commercial acumen - comfortable with contract structures, incentive design, and revenue accountability
- Excellent cross-functional influence; able to drive outcomes across regions and functions without direct authority
- Experience operating across multiple markets and time zones; cultural fluency in working with global partners

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of managing large, complex commercial relationships and delivering against revenue targets
- Experience operating in a global, cross-cultural environment across multiple markets and time zones
- Fluency in English required;

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above; degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field preferred
- 8+ years of relevant experience in partnership management, agency/reseller management, strategic account management, or business development, ideally within digital advertising, media, or platform businesses
- Experience working with or within advertising resellers, agencies, or channel partners is strongly preferred

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $220400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
